4. Documentary Stamp and Payment of Fee to the Cashier

Once you get your application, you need to affix a documentary stamp. You can buy this at the PRC Cooperative Store, and you pay 21 pesos. You need also to pay 900 pesos for your LET exam application at the cashier.

5. Notice of Admission

So after paying at the cashier, you can now submit your documents. Make sure that all your documents are now filled up completely, with your required signature, thumb marks and other information like the Cedula info. If your documents have been verified to be completely filled up, they will get your documents, and you will now wait for the issuance of your Notice of Admission.

6. Issuance

After waiting for more or less 30 minutes, your notice of admission should be ready by now and you can now leave PRC.

Note: PRC also reminds applicants to secure all requirements and payment before proceeding to PRC centers for further processing of applications and also avoid further inconvenience.
